Magna Leadership has a set of magnificent tools for larger businesses. We used the Caliber tools and did some of the music training. The Caliber assessment was very helpful for us to get peer feedback on how to improve performance. Kevin is an amazingly smart person with a great personality and has a product that is incredible.
